This is a 3 week class for ages 10-110. Each week you will learn from our talented instructor, Michelle Kohout, different techniques and skills that will allow you to master the art of wheel throwing such as centering, trimming, proper way to set up and clean up, tool types and what they are used for and so much more. All materials will be provided. We have kilns on site and will handle your masterpieces with care to fire them for you when they are ready. be sure to wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. *For your safety and others we ask that you wear a mask. We provide aprons and towels but if you are more comfortable you may bring your own* 

Once you have are comfortable with wheel throwing, you might be able to receive a membership pass for only 10 dollars a month. This includes shelf space, locker (you provide the lock to go on it), use of the mud room wheels are on a first come first serve basis outside of classes or lessons in that time slot.  You will also have clay purchase options (please no outside clay). 

***When you sign up, you are signing up for 3 classes total, please make sure you can make each class as there will be no refunds or partial refunds for missed classes once you sign up. We can work out a make up class if needed... we know life happens :)

Due to limited space you must register for this class to be able to attend 24 hours in advance. By paying the deposit for this class, we will reserve a wheel for you and the deposit covers the cost of the class so we can get you ready to throw.
